Email orders can be used as a backup option in the event online ordering is down or you are having issues with online ordering.
- Please put the name of your business in the Subject Line.
- Please include the date you are requesting delivery.
Louisiana Fresh orders should be placed through your personal online ordering portal accessible at louisianafresh.webfss.com/FSS_Web. You will be given your online login details and instructions for use when you open an account with us. If you are an existing customer and need your login info, or you have any issues with online ordering, please email email@example.com.
REACH US IN PERSON
Phone lines are manned IN PERSON from 5 am-noon weekdays and until 10 a.m. on Saturdays. After-hours Managers are on duty and manning phones until 4 p.m. Monday – Friday. If you require a return call please leave a detailed message. This service is for troubleshooting only and NOT for placing orders.

Invoices will be provided to you via email. You may pay by check, credit card on file, or ACH through your financial institution. If you would like to pay by ACH, please be in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org who will provide you with our banking information to set up your ACH.
